Refund Policy
Items purchased from The Local Shoppe are final sale. We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase(s). Every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail.
We do our best to ensure that our products are packed to prevent damages. However, accidents can happen and an order can sometimes arrive damaged. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged , please contact heythere@thelocalshoppe.ca with your Order # and a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement product right away.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs + duties incurred. Return labels will not be provided.

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. We will work with you to arrange contactless pickup.

Expected Delivery Time
Most items you are ordering are hand made, made to order items. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 6-8 weeks after your order is placed. Please refer to the product page under "descriptions" for reference on lead time.
